Hello, I’m Lakmal Anuradha, dedicated to the art of Ayurvedic massage for the past eight years. My journey began at the Mansuva Institute of Ayurveda and Traditional Medicine, where I completed my foundational studies in Ayurveda. Additionally, I pursued yoga training at the Gampaha Wickramarachchi Ayurveda Institute, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to honoring each client with personalized care tailored to their specific needs. I take pride in preserving and perpetuating the ancient traditions of Ayurveda here in Sri Lanka.
